With a Masters Degree and various management certificates, Fernando began his career as a restaurant manager in Mexico and climbed the industry ladder to become a hotel director in Portugal. Fernando has won a host of awards ranging from ‘Best Manager’ to ‘Manager of the year 2002’. Having worked with Viceroy Hotel Group, he has variety and depth of experience with different resorts and cultures. |

Guido has more than 14 years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry, and has worked in some of the most luxurious properties in South East Asia, Middle East, Europe and both North and South America. Guido holds an MBA from Hull University and a postgraduate diploma from the prestigious Les Roches International School of Hotel Management in Switzerland.

Saroj has an extensive and diverse set of skills in Spa & Wellness therapies, developed from 12 years’ experience in world-class, international destinations and award-winning luxury spas in the Middle East, Caribbean, London, The Maldives, India and other parts of Asia, and most recently as Director of Spa & Recreation at the St Regis Doha. Saroj has technical diplomas from ESPA (UK), CIBTAC (UK), Chivasom International Spa Academy (Thailand) & Authentic Ayurveda from its roots Kerala (India) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education from LNIPE, Gwalior, India. Her personal client list includes royalty, Hollywood celebrities & acclaimed business tycoons. |

Mel Jameson

Mel has vast experience of working in 5 star luxury resorts and hotels worldwide in both training/consultancy and operational roles.
He has specialised in opening hotels and resorts and also repositioning existing properties with the emphasis on setting, developing and maintaining high
service standards at all levels.
He has opened Atlantis, the One & Only Ocean Club Bahamas, Mandalay Bay Las Vegas, the Beverly Hills Hotel, Sandals Nassau and Antigua, Sheraton Kauai, and repositioned companies such as Rosewood, MGM Grand Las Vegas, The Savoy Group and Cap Juluca.

Kirit Aubeeluck
Front Office
Kirit joined the company from Le Touessrok Resort, a five star resort in Mauritius. Holding a degree in Tourism Management, he started his career in F&B at Le Touessrok and then moved to Quality Assurance. Having worked with in a One&Only Resorts, he is also bringing in his experience in setting up and managing in Quality Systems like the ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 22000:2005. Kirit has worked with the Leading Hotels of the World at Le Touessrok Resort where they got accreditation of Leading Spa of the World as well as the award of Leading Hotels of the World for Commitment to Quality for the Middle East & Africa region for 2009. Kirit will be looking after guest satisfaction, safety & health aspect of the resort as well as certifications and accreditations. |

Javier Munoz has over 20 years’ extensive experience as an executive chef and is a tremendous asset to our culinary team. A graduate of the Hotel and Restaurant Industry from Guadimar, Spain he holds various certificates in different aspects of food management such as smoking techniques from Restaurante Taberna Del Alabardero, Spain. He has worked for Brulee Catering by Jean Marie Lacroix in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA and many distinguished and distinct properties such as the Hotel Barcelo, Asia Garden in Alicante, Spain, The Ritz Carlton Hotel in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Hotel La Posada, Spain as well as other prestigious properties throughout Spain and America. |
