Nathan Martin works as a Musical Director, pianist, singer and vocal coach.

UK theatre credits include: Miss Saigon (Drury Lane & UK tour); The Lion King (Lyceum); Whistle Down The Wind (Aldwych); The Producers (Drury Lane); Romance Romance (Gielgud); Unite For The Future (Old Vic); Assassins (New End); Elegies (Arts); Dorothy Fields Forever (Kings Head); Side by Side by Sondheim (Civic, Chelmsford and The Stables, Wavendon); Helen Lederer’s One Night Stand (national tour). Workshops include: Rebecca; Marguerite; and The Wizard Of Oz.

Nathan was a regular performer at London’s Pizza on the Park, playing five solo engagements there, including Facing The Music – The Fred Astaire Songbook. He was also seen there in Jeff Harnar’s The 1959 Broadway Songbook, Something Wonderful with Craig Rubano and Heather MacRae and Catch Us If You Can with Lee Lessack. He has performed solo shows at many other London venues as well as at Le Stanze and Giardini del Baraccano (both Bologna), for two engagements at Don’t Tell Mama – NYC, and for Holland America, Saga and Spirit Of Adventure cruises. He has also been Musical Director for such performers as: Kaye Ballard, Brent Barrett, Rebecca Caine, David Campbell, Kim Criswell, Linzi Hateley, Alison Jiear, Marin Mazzie, Morag McLaren, Donna McKechnie, Liliane Montevecchi, Gay Soper, Marti Webb and Julie Wilson.

Nathan has made several albums, including his solo album Anywhere With You.

Nathan is a Certified Master Teacher of Estill Voice Training and a member of the British Voice Association. He was recently a vocal coach for ITV’s Popstar to Operastar and has taught at The Actors Centre, Mountview Theatre School, Bird College, Drama Studio London and regularly gives masterclasses at the Bernstein School of Musical Theatre, Bologna. He teaches privately in London where his students range from beginners to established professionals, many currently performing principal roles in plays and musicals both in London’s West End and internationally.
