Charlotte has an MSc in Sports Physiology and Sport & Exercise Science and is a highly trained, experienced athlete and coach. Her areas of specialisation are fat loss, weight training, and boot camps.
After running her own successful Personal Training company in the UK, her passion for travelling and fitness led to building, managing and coaching in gyms and fitness retreats all over Africa. Charlotte’s love for adventure, the ocean and exercising outdoors have now led her to Buccament Bay Resort to create a new, innovative fitness programme for guests to accomplish their health and fitness dreams.
Living her whole life devoted to fitness in some form or another, her passion for a fitness lifestyle has inspired her to educate others to live healthier and happier lives.
Rob Langridge Personal Trainer & Head Rugby Coach
Rob is a fully qualified and experienced personal trainer hailing from a background in the UK and on Steiner cruise ships. His qualifications include: Personal Trainer Level 3; Gym Instructor Level 2; Sports Diploma; Gym Based Boxing; Circuit Training; Sports Nutrition.
Fun and challenging sessions take place anywhere from the gym and sports facilities to the stunning white sandy beach, with classes including: Abs Workout; Body Blitz; Resort Run; Body Toning; Circuit Training; Boxercise; and more.
Having played semi-professional rugby for Canterbury in his native county of Kent, UK, Rob is also a Level 1 qualified rugby coach and he intends to complete Level 2 very soon.
