Charlotte has an MSc in Sports Physiology and Sport & Exercise Science and is a highly trained, experienced athlete and coach. Her areas of specialisation are fat loss, weight training, and boot camps.
After running her own successful Personal Training company in the UK, her passion for travelling and fitness led to building, managing and coaching in gyms and fitness retreats all over Africa. Charlotte’s love for adventure, the ocean and exercising outdoors have now led her to Buccament Bay Resort to create a new, innovative fitness programme for guests to accomplish their health and fitness dreams.
Living her whole life devoted to fitness in some form or another, her passion for a fitness lifestyle has inspired her to educate others to live healthier and happier lives.
CHARLOTTE’S PRIVATE RETREATS AND COACHING
This is a fitness package that puts you in control of how hard you want to push yourself. For a number of reasons not everyone will need, or want, to push themselves to their absolute limits. You will have a say in what you do, or do not, want to do.
On average, you can expect to train for 2 – 4 hours a day, with the option to train more if you feel that you would like to. These sessions are suitable for all fitness levels and will always be conducted with your strengths and weaknesses in mind. The rest of the day is “flexible”. You can add the likes of swimming, tennis, kayaking.
You might also want more time to explore the island, or simply sit by the pool.

What is included?
Body Composition Assessment
1 x Initial Nutritional Consultation (based on food diary)
1 x Initial Consultation to discuss goals to tailor a schedule for the week
Daily Nutritional observation
2 x Fitness Testing Assessments before and after
4+ Fitness Training activities options per day (durations vary)
Depending on the individual’s goals, targets and expectations, it is possible to do more training or less on some days. Most, but not all, training sessions last for 1 hour and Saturday is a rest day (this can vary).
