A great combination of aerobics and dance moves to music in the water for the whole family to enjoy, water aerobics is a fun way to get fit and stay cool on your tropical getaway. Whilst the water supports the body, it also provides resistance for a great cardiovascular workout.
Beach Bootcamp: An invigorating, energising start to your day with full body conditioning designed to strengthen, tone, and work your cardiovascular system, aid fat loss and speed up your metabolism. This class includes freestyle combinations of low and high impact aerobic movements, including circuits, partner work and free weights, all taking place on the beautiful BuccBay beach.
Beach Body Workout: Our BB Workoutworks your legs, bums and tums, targeting those dreaded wobbly bits! Come and tone up and shift that unwanted body fat in a fun body-sculpting class.
Bells & Bags: Strength endurance training on the beach. Lifting, throwing, carrying, pulling and pushing sandbags and kettle bells for the ultimate functional strength session.
Boxercise: 45min/15USD pp Boxing is one of the most exhilarating, challenging and effective full body workouts, combining a stimulating circuit class with boxing-style stations as you learn proper punching techniques and movements using gloves and focus pads. This workout is a fun form of cardio that will increase your general fitnessand help to enhance muscle tone and definition. Great for relieving stress, too! All levels welcome.
Cardio Kayaking: Join this class on the beautiful Caribbean Sea for a fun cardiovascular workout that’s great for strengthening your upper body! Beginners welcome.
Circuit training: Circuit training primarily involves moving from one station to another in set periods of time. Each interval varies from 1-3minutes alternating between strength and cardio. Cardio exercises can include step and aerobics whilst strength work can involve mat exercises, medicine balls, hand weights and more. All levels welcome
Core Conditioning: An intense 30 minute abdominal conditioning workout thatis a terrific way to strengthen, tone and define the abdominal region, this class is ideal for anybody wishing to strengthen their core, reduce back pain, improve body shape, or maintain their goal-orientated workout regime.
Hike La Soufrière Volcano: For a challenging 4hour-round hike, book an adventure up Saint Vincent’s Volcano – one of the country’s most famous and stunning natural attractions. Take in the incredible sites and trek through the rainforest to reach the summit with an expert guide.
Kettlebells: 45min small class/ 15USD pp Using 25lb weighted bells, you will learn new, exciting training techniques to shed body fat, increase strength, prevent injury and enhance athletic and everyday performance.This class offers fantastic functional fitness training and full body conditioning.
Power Walk: Morning power walks are low impact, cardiovascular training and a perfect way to get moving, improve the function of your heart, lungs and circulatory system, and loosen up stiff and tired muscles.
Resort Run: Whether you are a beginner or a marathon runner, the resort run is here for you. Less than 1km around, you can enjoy running with a coach around the lap as many times as you like.
Stretch and Relax: Unwindduring a morning or evening class as we combine yoga, meditation and stretches to release all that tension from your body and leave you feeling rejuvenated..
Yoga: A basic class that combines the fundamentals of yoga – physical poses and breathes with slow and steady practice to strengthen the body and ease the mind. Ideal for beginners.
