From 21st January - 18th February 2013, Buccament Bay Resort will be hosting a number of
Fitness 4 Boot Camps. Through a mixture of high intensity physical training,
nutritionally balanced food and personal health coaching, guests will be
encouraged to reach and sustain their weight and fitness goals.
Guests have the option of a 5, 6, 10 or 12-day programme, which will be led by
two fully qualified ex-Royal Marines. We have collaborated with the Fitness 4
team to provide fun and interactive boot camps that offer a variety of
activities, from land based to water based, on site and off site. Buccament Bay
Resort chefs will also be designing bespoke menus exclusively for our boot

Boot Camp Start Dates
Guests can start their boot camp on any date they wish
within the specified time period - noting that the camps
all end on 18th February.
Sundays will be trainer and guest
rest days. Guests can also add in an additional rest day
for longer boot camps if they wish - Please advise us on
