Ginger & Co will offer a deliciously different dining experience, taking guests on a voyage of discovery with tantalising tastes from throughout Asia, accented with Singaporean, Japanese and Malaysian traditions and techniques, prepared in its showcase kitchen. The cuisine will be complimented by fresh and unique, Oriental-inspired cocktails and aromatic rice wines from an extensive Sake menu. Thai Buddha statues and a water feature will provide an air of tranquillity accompanied by a palette of muted tones and earthy colours, enlivened by highlights of wasabi green and orange to create an elegantly serene setting.
